No. These are plug-and-play units that require no coding and will not trigger any error messages.
Which BMW models are these compatible with?
They fit 1 Series (E81, E82, E83), 3 Series (E90, E91, E92, E93), and 5 Series (E60) models from 2005 onwards. See the fitment section for exact years and variants.
Do I need any special tools to install these?
No special tools are needed. Simply unclip the original indicators and plug in the LED units. Most owners complete the job in under 20 minutes.
