Installation Terms & Conditions – Project Styling

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Project Styling agrees to provide car styling parts installation services to the customer, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 The customer must provide accurate vehicle details, including make, model, and any relevant modifications that could impact installation.

2.2 The vehicle must be in proper working condition. Any pre-existing issues that may affect installation must be disclosed to Project Styling in advance.

3. Installation Process

3.1 All installation services will be carried out with due care and in accordance with industry standards.

3.2 Due to the aftermarket nature of styling parts, the customer acknowledges that slight variations in fitment may occur based on the vehicle’s unique characteristics.

4. Warranty

4.1 Project Styling offers a limited warranty on installation services, the terms and duration of which are outlined in a separate warranty document provided to the customer.

4.2 This warranty becomes void if the installed parts are modified, removed, or tampered with by any party other than Project Styling.

5. Liability

5.1 Project Styling is not responsible for any damage or issues resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions or undisclosed modifications.

5.2 The customer is solely responsible for ensuring all parts installed are compliant with local laws and regulations.

6. Indemnification

6.1 The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Project Styling from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of:

• The installation services,

• Use of the installed car styling parts, or

• Faults resulting from the installation.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 Failure to make payment may result in Project Styling withholding the vehicle until full payment is received.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of this agreement.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

10.2 This agreement represents the full understanding between the customer and Project Styling regarding installation services.
