Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on projectstyling.co.uk. Please read them with our returns policy, shipping policy, privacy policy and, if you book fitting, our fitting terms.
1. Who we are
Project Styling is a trading name of PROJECT STYLING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15336854). Registered office: Howards Way, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, SS9 5FB. Email sales@projectstyling.co.uk, phone 07540 331557.
2. Your order
When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. That isn't yet our acceptance. The contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched, or, for fitting, when we confirm your booking. If we can't accept an order, for example because a part is no longer available, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is added at checkout. We take payment when you order, by card, Shop Pay or PayPal. If a part is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Parts and fitment
We describe each part and the vehicles it's designed for as accurately as we can. Photos may show a part fitted to a different version of the car or in a different finish, and colours vary between screens.
Aftermarket styling parts aren't identical to factory parts. Some need minor adjustment, trimming or adhesive to fit well, and the weave pattern and resin tone of carbon fibre vary slightly from piece to piece. Please test-fit parts before painting, drilling or fitting them permanently, and tell us about any problem before you do.
It's your responsibility to check a part suits your exact car (model, year, variant and any existing body kit) before you order. We're happy to check for you: send us your reg.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are in our shipping policy. Parts are our responsibility until they're delivered to you. If we can't deliver within 30 days of your order, or by a date we've agreed, you can cancel and get a full refund.
6. Cancellations, returns and faulty parts
Your right to cancel, how returns work and what happens if a part is faulty are set out in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
7. Fitting, insurance and road use
If we fit parts for you, our fitting terms also apply. Some styling parts must be declared to your insurer, so please tell them about modifications. Make sure any parts you fit keep your car roadworthy and legal to use on the road.
8. Our liability
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our parts are sold for private use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Brand names
Vehicle makes and model names such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Porsche are used only to describe which cars our parts fit. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers. Names like "M Performance style" or "AMG style" mean a part is inspired by that look, not an original manufacturer part.
10. Discount codes
Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes can't be exchanged for cash, and some have their own conditions, which we'll show with the code.
11. Complaints
If you're not happy, email sales@projectstyling.co.uk. We'll reply the same working day and aim to sort it out quickly.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
