Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from receipt to request a return.
Exceptions: Certain items, such as Midpipes and custom-made products, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@projectstyling.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 1 hour if you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item has been delivered. We’ll assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
All items are checked for fitment and quality prior to dispatch.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom products (e.g., Midpipes, custom exhaust systems, personalised items, or made-to-order products)

Sale items and gift cards
For custom items, the cooling-off period begins on the payment date.
If you're unsure whether a product is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it as per our return policy. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an EU country, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: Custom or personalised products are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Overseas Returns and Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees incurred during the return process. Further instructions will be provided upon approval.
Fitting Disclaimer
We do not offer fitting assistance, and products do not include fitting guides unless stated otherwise. We strongly recommend professional installation.
Damage due to improper installation will void eligibility for returns or exchanges. By purchasing, you acknowledge full responsibility for professional fitting.
If you choose to use one of our recommended garages, please note they operate independently. Project Styling is not liable for their work, including during or after installation.
Labour Charges & Responsibility Policy
Labour Costs Not Covered
We do not reimburse any labour costs, under any circumstances. Any installation is strictly between you and your fitter.
Delays & Labour Costs
We are not responsible for labour costs due to production delays, courier issues, or unforeseen disruptions.
Errors & Exchanges
While rare, errors can occur. It is your fitter’s responsibility to check parts before installation. If a replacement is needed, we will assist—but labour costs will not be reimbursed.
Warranty & Exclusions
Items sold at a discount (clearance, seasonal sales, or dead stock) are excluded from warranty and return policies unless stated otherwise. These are sold as-is, and checks should be done prior to purchase. Contact our team for advice if needed.
Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree that chargebacks related to dissatisfaction, improper fitting, or damage during self-installation are invalid. We reserve the right to dispute such claims.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours, with funds typically appearing within 5–7 business days.
If the wrong item was ordered or multiple items were purchased for comparison, original and return shipping costs are your responsibility. A restocking fee may apply.
If more than 15 business days pass after return approval and the item is not received, the return will be voided.
Product Warranties
Warranty coverage varies by product. Defects must be reported within 1 hour of receipt.
Warranties cover manufacturing faults only—not misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. We may request images, videos, or vehicle inspection for claim verification. Signs of misuse may void your warranty.
